Job summary

CECO Environmental Corporation is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX. The role involves assembling filtration devices, following specifications, and maintaining quality through careful hand-tool use and occasional welding.

You’ll work in a collaborative team, follow safety guidelines, and help ensure accurate packing for shipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1+ years in manufacturing, and the ability to read travelers and use measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to read the traveler and follow directions when working on orders; able to measure with a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filtration devices according to specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly.
• Perform pleating and cutting elements to size using band saw and circular saw; assist as needed.
• Weld occasionally using bullet, cylinder, and endcap welding.
• Ensure products are packed and palletized properly for shipment; maintain clean workstation.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions promptly.
