Teems Fabrication Inc. is growing and needs help!! We are searching for an experienced Welder / Fabricator! We are search for both shifts!

A welder/fabricator in the steel industry plays a crucial role in manufacturing precise metal components and products using various welding machines. They are responsible for setting up the welding machine, operating, and producing acceptable welds as according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpreting Blueprints and Technical Drawings: Studying detailed engineering plans and technical documents to understand the dimensions and requirements of the components to be manufactured.
• Machine Setup and Calibration: Configuring proper settings for producing the accurate weld characteristics, including selecting appropriate tools and fixtures based on the required operations.
• Handling Materials: Parts will be up to 50lbs to be lifted off of pallets, by hand or the use of overhead crane hoist (in the case of parts over 50lbs).
• Quality Control: Insuring that the specified weld requirements are met and in accordance with applicable code enforcement.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during machine operation, whether related to programming errors, tool wear, or machine malfunctions.
• Maintenance and Repair: Keeping workspace neat and orderly
• Safety Procedures: Adhering strictly to safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery and handling materials in the factory environment. Wearing all required PPE.
