Job summary

RealTruck in Massillon, OH is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to support our trailer production team. You will perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components and assemble metal parts using hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures.

The ideal candidate has MIG welding experience, familiarity with safety protocols, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You'll work from detailed drawings to build custom trailers for ARE product transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication.
• Trailer fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Follows safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work from detailed or rough drawings to fabricate trailer components and fixtures.
• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components.
• Assemble metal parts using hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures.
• Repair trailers to meet safety standards (ODOT and FMVSS)
• Install, repair or replace wiring on trailers.
• Maintain quality and safety throughout fabrication.
