Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for our specialized trailer production team. The role focuses on building custom trailers used to transport ARE products, with MIG welding on steel and aluminum and assembly of metal components from detailed drawings.

Operate hand tools, clamps, and fixtures, perform repairs to meet safety standards, and collaborate to hit deadlines in a 4-day work week, 5:00am–3:30pm shift, on-site in Massillon, OH.

Qualifications

• Prior MIG welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Trailer fabrication experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Welds and fabricates components from detailed or rough drawings.
• Performs MIG welding on steel and aluminum components.
• Assembles metal parts using hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures.
• Repairs trailers to meet safety standards and customer specs.
• Installs wiring and airlines on trailers as needed.
• Maintains quality and safety throughout fabrication.
• Collaborates with teammates to meet deadlines.
