Qualifications

• Previous welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with steel and aluminum welding.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble custom metal components.
• Operate plasma cutters, torches, and grinding equipment.
• Inspect completed weldments for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with a close-knit production team.
