Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for Fabricator / Welder positions in Bardstown, KY. The role involves MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on heavy-duty steel, reading blueprints, inspecting welds, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Position is full-time and direct-hire with weekends schedule (Fri–Sun, 5:30am–5pm) and overtime possible on Thursdays and Mondays. Salary is $26–$38 per hour with benefits and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional welding experience (MIG, TIG, and Stick).
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to fabricate components to spec.
• Skilled in welding multiple positions and working with structural steel.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; able to stand for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on heavy-duty steel.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to fabricate components to spec.
• Inspect and repair welds to ensure structural strength and quality.
• Operate grinders, saws, and cutting torches for fabrication.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and meet production goals.
• Follow all policies and procedures in place.
