Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Welder/Fabricator to cut, fit, weld, and finish high‑precision parts from engineering drawings.

You’ll contribute to delivering quality components used in semiconductor production tools, with multiple shift options in a 4x10, 3x12, or swing schedule. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of welding experience (GMAW/FCAW/GTAW), strong blueprint reading, and solid layout and measuring skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years welding and fabrication experience using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Knowledge of welding parameters, including amperage, voltage, and wire feed settings.
• Strong layout, math, and measuring skills using both metric and imperial systems.
• Experience using hand tools, grinders, fabrication equipment, and finishing tools.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to producing high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• A collaborative, solution-oriented attitude and team-first mindset.

• Day Shift (4 x 10s): Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Swing Shift (4 x 10s): Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
• Weekend Shift (3 x 12s): Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Welder/Fabricator, you'll be hands-on with critical components, working from engineering drawings to cut, fit, weld, and finish high-precision parts. You'll play a key role in delivering the quality and reliability our customers count on.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include

• Cutting, drilling, tapping, and preparing metal parts according to specifications.
• Reading and interpreting shop drawings and welding symbols accurately.

Work Environment

This position is based in our indoor fabrication facility and includes physically active tasks such as lifting, bending, welding, grinding, and material handling.
