- Operate fabrication tools such as plasma cutters, stud guns, and welders.
- Use overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
- Perform various welding techniques including flux core, stick welding, vertical up, overhead, out-of-position, and arc gouging.
- Maintain internal quality standards and ensure safety compliance.
- Complete daily and weekly production output targets.
- Address complex issues such as unusual nameplates and testing challenges.
- Support monthly operational goals.
- Perform sheet metal straightening, plasma cutting, fitting parts, and repair work.
Minimum Requirements
- Welding experience and proficiency in torching.
