Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum using the GMAW process.
• Operate hand tools, Iron Worker, shear, band saw, cold saw, and forklift.
• Adhere to company policies, ethics, safety rules, and regulations.

Job description

Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

Hours: 2pm to 10:30pm

Responsibilities:

1. Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum using the GMAW process.
2. Operate hand tools, Iron Worker, shear, band saw, cold saw, and forklift.
3. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
4. Communicate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
5. Adhere to company policies, ethics, safety rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of experience in the GMAW process.
2. Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
3. AWS D1.1 certification.
4. Ability to fabricate structural components and pipe/handrails.
5. Physical ability to handle workload and lift up to 50 lbs.

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to operate press brake, plasma table, and CNC machinery.
• Welding experience with GTAW process.
