Opti Staffing Group in Clackamas, OR is hiring a Welder & Fabricator to join our hands-on team. You’ll perform MIG welding on structural steel and pipe, fabricate assemblies, and assist with shop and occasional field work.

This full-time, day-shift role offers overtime opportunities and the chance to work on a variety of industrial fabrication projects. A strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness are essential as you read tape measures and operate shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel and pipe.
• Fabricate assemblies to be square, level, and plumb.
• Read measurements accurately and use fabrication equipment.
• Operate band saw, shear, press brake, pipe threader, plasma cutter, and torch.
• Help with shop cleanup and organization; assist with field work when needed.

Welder & FabricatorPosition: Welder & FabricatorLocation: Clackamas, ORPay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour DOESchedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (Overtime Available)Who We Are:We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder & Fabricator to join our team in Clackamas. This role offers a mix of fabrication, welding, shop support, and occasional field work for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality results.
