We are seeking a motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Travel may be necessary, and working in extreme weather conditions should be expected.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, drawings, specifications, and other instructions to safely and accurately complete equipment repairs or fabricate components.
• Basic hand tools required.
• Valid CDL (Class A preferred).
• Qualifying driving record according to company policy.
• Fabricator skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work following quality standards and safety procedures.
• Rework and repair welded parts, equipment, and components.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing; maintain positive relations with customers and colleagues.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Operate and maintain welding and fabricating equipment such as welders, cutting torches, plasma cutters, and chop saws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
