Job Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication tools such as plasma cutters, stud guns, and welders.
• Use overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
• Perform various welding types including flux core, stick welding, vertical up, overhead, out-of-position, and arc gouge.
• Maintain internal quality standards and ensure safety compliance.
• Complete daily and weekly production targets.
• Address complex issues like unusual nameplates and testing challenges.
• Support monthly operational goals.
• Straighten sheet metal and perform plasma cutting.
• Fit parts and conduct repair work.

Minimum Requirements

• Welding experience and proficiency in torching.
• Willingness to undergo a welding test prior to employment.
