Qualifications

• HS education plus 3-5 years experience with stainless steel welding
• MIG / TIG
• Possess a solid understanding of welding equipment and welding accessories
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, welding process specifications, and welding symbols
• Mechanical machine shop background a plus
• Creativity, and good communication skills
• Someone who can work in a team environment but also works independently and has great troubleshooting ability
• Good verbal communication skills
