Job summary

You will mentor junior fabricators, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with engineering to optimize processes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years welding/fabrication and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fabrication experience.
• Experience with MIG and Stick welding (Tig experience is a plus).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment.

Responsibilities
