Job Summary:
We are looking for a Combination Welder to perform welding operations, including joint preparation, welding processes, and weld joint cleaning. In this role, you’ll work closely with Fabrication Technicians, utilizing cutting, forming, and grinding tools to support production goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong welding expertise to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and proficiently operate SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and SAW welding equipment
• Read and interpret ANSI weld symbols from engineering prints
• Apply proper welding techniques and jigs to minimize weld distortion
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all company safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years
• Intermediate to advanced welding skills (SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW)
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Intermediate math skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong time management and self-management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with employees at all levels
• Physically able to stand and work on your feet for a 10-hour shift
