• Complete projects according to production schedules and specifications

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Welder to join a growing team in Bossier City, LA. This position is ideal for a skilled welder who is comfortable working from drawings and measurements to fabricate, fit, and weld metal components.

Candidates must have 3–5 years of hands‑on welding and fabrication experience and be able to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials accurately
• Perform MIG welding and other welding processes as required
• Use grinders, saws, cutting equipment, and common fabrication tools

Compensation & Schedule

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position with a consistent 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Pay ranges from $17–$20 per hour, depending on welding and fabrication experience.
