Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath in is seeking a Welder to join the team in Auburndale, FL. You will fabricate and repair metal parts, read blueprints, and ensure weld quality to meet project specifications.

You will inspect welds, operate plasma and flame cutting torches, and perform maintenance on welding equipment. The role requires safety awareness and adherence to standards in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Formación

• Experience welding and fabricating in construction or manufacturing.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specs.
• Proficient in measuring and math for accurate welds.
• Able to operate welding equipment safely and follow standards.
• Experience with plasma and flame cutting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding technique.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
• Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.
• Inspect, repair, installs, modifies, and performs welds, and maintains welding equipment.
• Maintain inventory, tools, supplies and work area in an organized manner.
• May be required to perform troubleshooting and repairs at customer’s site.
• Operate both plasma and flame cutting torch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
