Amprod LLC in Strafford, MO seeks a skilled MIG welder for the 2nd shift to join a growing manufacturing team. You will weld various components including doors, sills, handles, and tanks, and perform tack welding, grinding, and finishing.

The role requires blueprint reading, tape measure use, and commitment to quality. Schedule is Mon–Thu, 3:30 PM–1:30 AM, with pay $20–$22/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months MIG welding experience or trade school training.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on doors, sills, handles, tanks, and stainless components
• Complete tack welding, grinding, and finishing work
• Rotate across Cell 5 welding positions (welding, tacking, stud, and bung welding)
• Read and interpret blueprints and part lists for accurate fabrication
• Use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements
• Operate shop tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements
• Meet production goals and attendance expectations
