2nd Shift Manual & Robotic Welder | $25+/hr

Pay & Schedule

• 2nd Shift 2pm - 12am Monday-Thursday
• Starting at $25+/hour (based on experience)
• Overtime opportunities available

What You'll Do

• Perform manual and/or robotic MIG welding on mild steel ranging from 20-gauge to 3/8\" thick
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
• Set up welding jobs using fixtures, jigs, or open-table layouts
• Produce high-quality welds that meet customer and company specifications
• Inspect completed work using precision measuring tools
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on welding equipment
• Follow all quality standards and safety procedures
• Opportunity to qualify for certifications including AWS, ASME IX, and NAVSEA

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with manual welding, robotic welding, or both
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
