Job Responsibilities
Perform diversified duties within the shop relating to the welding of various parts, assemblies, balers, etc. involved in the manufacture of the company's product line
Must be able to work from prints, bills of materials, work orders, etc. with little guidance from supervision
Monitor and keep group leader and supervision apprised of shortages, quality issues, and other roadblocks that may interfere with timely completion of production requirements
Maintain all necessary reports, records, Epicor, etc. daily as required
Maintain a system of orderly storage of required tools, supplies, and parts required within the department
Effectively communicate with supervision or group leader as necessary to establish and maintain proper flow of parts and information to and from your department
Communicate with group leader and supervision for print changes, updates, and modifications
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
Requirements
Must be able to work from prints, bills of materials, work orders, etc. with little guidance from supervision
Must be able to proficiently burn, and weld using most currently accepted processes. (Arc, MIG, etc.)
