Florida Crystals in South Bay is looking for a Welder B to perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on heavy equipment and agricultural machinery. The role requires the ability to work independently and maintain safety and quality standards.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate proficiency in various welding techniques and be able to interpret blueprints. A strong work ethic and reliable attendance are essential. This position involves work in both shop and outdoor environments with exposure to noise, heat, and heavy machinery.
