Job summary

Wabash National is seeking a Welder to join our manufacturing team in Wisconsin. The Welder will perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless and aluminum parts, read blueprints, and ensure workmanship meets quality standards while complying with EH&S policies.

Responsibilities include fabricating with hand tools, operating shop equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the production floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Must be able to pass a weld test.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Basic reading/writing and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG weld aluminum and stainless to quality standards.
• Read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Wear a respirator and work in confined spaces as required.
• Fabricate using hand tools and equipment.
• Maintain safety procedures and PPE compliance.
• Assist with other welding tasks as directed by supervisor.
