Qualifications

• Proven MIG welding experience on carbon steel (required).
• TIG experience on stainless steel & aluminum is a plus.
• Fitter/Welder experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and weld components for sheet metal products using MIG (primary) and TIG (as needed); opportunities to learn robotic welding and laser welding.
• Secure parts using fixtures, jigs, and holding tables.
• Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanneal, and exotic metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet precise specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Troubleshoot weld issues and maintain high-quality standards.

Available Shifts

• 3rd Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Includes an additional 11.5% premium on top of base pay

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and climb for most of the shift
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs (with lifting devices when possible)
