Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Chilton, WI, seeks skilled welders to join our manufacturing team. You will perform Mig welding on stainless and carbon steel and support weld finishing to meet customer drawings and specifications, including robotic welding experience.

Responsibilities include welding with robotic systems, measurement with precision tools, process inspections, equipment maintenance, and finish grinding.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, including weld requirements.
• Knowledge of wire and filler material applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and other materials as needed.
• Working knowledge of fixture and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)

Position

Welders are responsible for various types of weld preparation, Mig welding on stainless steel and carbon steel and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction along with Robotic Welding experience.
