Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a skilled welder to perform TIG welding of aluminum and stainless steel parts in a production environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timeliness in the welding area, with a 2:00PM–10:30PM schedule, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing TIG welding, deburring, grinding, and contributing to quality control. A High School Diploma and 1+ year in metal fabrication are required; welding certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1 + year(s) experience with metal working equipment in a metal fabrication facility.
• Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce high quality products in a timely manner.
• Proficient in the use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, forklifts, and cranes.
• Welding certification a plus.
• Prior work experience as a MIG or TIG welder helpful.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift.
• Knowledge of safe workplace practices.

Schedule: M - F 2:00PM - 10:30PM
