Job Responsibilities

Inspect and repair welds (as needed) to ensure quality parts, on time, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee’s Charter and the policies and procedures of BGM.

What We Are Looking For
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Post‑secondary education preferred or 1+ years of welding experience required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Operate standard office equipment preferred
  • Must be able to pass and maintain welding proficiencyMust be able to detect and repair (within cycle times) all weld defects within your zone
  • Understanding of weld terminology
