Job summary

Cosma International seeks a manufacturing professional to coordinate press operation activities, including grinding, spotting and polishing, ensuring productivity and quality on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED with preferred post-secondary education or related experience, plus leadership experience and knowledge of OSHA and DOL guidelines. Employee benefits are provided at site level.

What We Are Looking For

• High School diploma or GED
• Post‑secondary education preferred, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 year experience in a manufacturing, stamping environment preferred
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to promote healthy employee relations in workplace
• Knowledge of OSHA
• Knowledge of DOL compliance guidelines
• Weld training preferred
