Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Hands-on welding experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications or schematics.
• Comfortable in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine welding processes.
• Position, align, fit and weld parts following blueprints using jigs, torches and hand tools.
• Safely use cranes and forklifts to position materials as needed.
• Perform inspections with measuring tools to ensure materials meet specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Maintain material inventory and support housekeeping and 5-S practices.
