Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Stainless Steel Structural Welder for full-time work across the United States. You will weld stainless steel structures at power plants nationwide using Flux-Core, with travel included.

This role offers $23–$25/hour base pay, travel time pay at $15/hour, and $30/day per diem for meals and incidentals. Expect long trips, physical work, and the opportunity to see the country while delivering critical welds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial welding experience.
• Pass 2G, 3G, 4G weld tests (bend tested).
• Drug screen.
• 21+ years old.
• Ready and willing to travel constantly.
