Traveling Structural Welder - $25/ hr + Paid Travel, Tools Supplied, and Referral Bonuses

The Job

You\'ll travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux-Core process (309 wire on ½" carbon plate). You\'ll read and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions, including overhead and vertical, in high-pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems.

What We\'re Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial welding experience
• Ability to pass bend-tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux-Core, 309 wire)
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces
• Willing to travel continuously nationwide
• Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety
• Rental car provided (must have a valid driver\'s license)
• Paid weld test upon successful completion
• Referral bonuses when your referrals get hired
