Innomotive Solutions Group seeks a skilled welder to join our team in Ohio. You will read blueprints, set up and perform MIG/TIG welds, and ensure a safe, precise join on mechanical structures.

You must read technical documents, follow safety standards, and maintain equipment. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for success in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a welder or schooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves, etc.).
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and a positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Professional certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

As our Welder, you will be responsible for cutting and joining metals and other materials at our facilities or construction sites. You will be working with the latest technology and equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision.

Working conditions

Welders wear protective clothing and goggles for safety. Welders may work in a confined area designed to contain sparks and glare. They occasionally must lift heavy objects and work in awkward positions. Most work full time and overtime is common.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 40-50lbs.

Must be able to work in awkward positions to weld or do minor electrical work.

Additional Info

• Pay - Starting at $20.73/hour
• Schedule - 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday onsite
