Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of welding experience, read blueprints, and can operate welding equipment; robotic welding experience is a plus. This is a temp-to-hire, full-time position with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years welding experience.
• High school diploma required; welding degree desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math.
• Experience with robotic welding is a plus.
• Certifications: 100005, 100006, 100025, 100037.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and welding on various weldments following job instructions.
• Set up, operate, adjust welding machines to produce weldments and blades.
• Maintain safety standards and 6S daily.
• Ensure quality and maintain housekeeping.
• Produce components to daily production requirements.
