Job summary

CompleteStaff is seeking a reliable, self-motivated worker with experience in structural steel (I-beams, columns) to join our shop team in Muskego, WI. The role involves reading blueprints, fabricating and welding parts, and using hand and power tools.

This first shift position runs 6am to 2:30pm with some mandatory overtime; candidates should be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and contribute to safe, efficient shop operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with structural steel components (I-beams, columns) and blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and prints for fabrication.
• Welding/fabrication experience and shop knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and build parts from drawings/prints.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe, efficient manner.
• Lift heavy objects periodically (0–50 lbs).
