Job summary

Exmark, located in Beatrice, Nebraska, is hiring for a Welder on 1st shift. This full-time position runs 6:00am–2:00pm with starting pay of $22.24 per hour, performing MIG tack and seam welds on outdoor power equipment and preparing welded components for production.

You will read blueprints, set up weld jig positions, clamp parts, and buff finished surfaces to meet quality standards. Prior tool experience is helpful; training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.
• Experience in using power tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and diagrams to perform tasks.
• Select appropriate weld jig, positions and secure parts in the weld jig by hand or by hoist.
• Perform MIG tack welds and seam welds based on project needs.
