Nelson Global is seeking a Welder Assembly Operator in Wisconsin to weld production orders using MIG and TIG, set up machines, and ensure parts meet blueprints and quality standards. You will inspect welds, use calipers and tape measures, and maintain safe, efficient operations.
The role requires reading blueprints, performing quality checks, and adhering to 5S and safety guidelines. A 10-hour shift is common with occasional overtime and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm with over time as needed

The Welder Assembly Operator is responsible for welding production orders or components using MIG and TIG processes to meet customer and quality specifications. This involves using training or knowledge of welding techniques, knowledge of set-up requirements and meeting established production requirements on a consistent basis.
