• Skilled in operating power and hand tools.
• Able to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature.
• Able to read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.

Join the team as a Welder in a Direct Hire role, offering competitive pay and full benefits starting on Day 1. Work a consistent schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing for excellent work-life balance. We're seeking MIG Welders that have a desire to learn. You'll work in a clean, air-conditioned facility and benefit from quarterly bonuses, annual increases, and extensive cross‑training opportunities in advanced fabrication skills like laser cutting and pipe bending. • SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
• HOURS: 6:0 AM - 2:30 PM (Any required OT would be until 3:30 PM)
• WAGES: $21.00 - $27.73 per hour
• BREAKS: Lunch, and two PAID 15 minute

Responsibilities

• Use MIG welding experience and familiarity with Carbon Steel to cut and join metals with precision from technical drawings and verbal instruction.

Other Duties

• Charge forklift batteries as needed; participate in physical inventories; perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed;
• Repair pallets when necessary; clean railcars, trailers, truck bays, and warehouse as requested

Work Environment

• Generally clean, well‑lit environment.
• Some moderate to heavy lifting (weights can exceed 60#, and can require overhead work).
• Some pushing, pulling, bending, & stooping.
• Prolonged standing.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Overtime until 3:30 PM
