Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Welder 1 to fabricate metal structures using MIG/TIG techniques. You will read blueprints, weld in flat to overhead positions, and adjust equipment for quality joints. Maintain accuracy, follow safety rules, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires 0-3 years of welding experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with measuring tools. Expect hands-on fabrication, part handling, and ongoing skill development.

Responsibilities
