You will weld in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions, adjust equipment for quality, inspect welds, and maintain a safe, organized work area. 0–3 years of experience preferred; strong attention to detail and basic math skills required. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth potential.

**Position: Welder 1 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt** **Job Overview** As a Welder 1, you will be responsible for fabricating metal structures and components using various welding techniques.
