Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect and assess weld quality for compliance with standards.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work environment organized.
• Assist in training junior welders and apprentices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven welding experience with a strong portfolio.
• Welding certification (AWS, ASME) is a plus.
• Familiarity with welding machinery and tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
