We are hiring a Welder to join our team in Washington United States As a Welder you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques You will work with a variety of materials such as steel aluminum and various alloys

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints sketches or specifications to determine layout and assembly of parts
• Measure and mark cutting lines on material according to specifications
• Cut shape and fit metal components using manual or automated tools
• Weld components together using various welding techniques MIG TIG Arc
• Inspect welded joints for accuracy and quality control
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner

Requirements

• Proven experience as a welder minimum of 2 years
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with welding tools and equipment such as grinders drills saws
• Experience working with different types of metal steel aluminum
• Knowledge of safety procedures when working with welding equipment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
