Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for fusing metals using various welding processes to manufacture high-quality components. Responsibilities Include:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements to plan layout.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments (MIG, TIG, or Stick as required).
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cutting material, clamping, and tacking).
  • Inspect welded joints and surfaces for defects or hidden cracks to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety or production.
  • Follow all institutional and safety regulations (OSHA) at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Welder with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
  • Technical knowledge of various welding techniques and metallurgy.
  • Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficiency in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Professional certification (e.g., AWS) is highly preferred.
