Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up and operate MIG, TIG, or arc welders.
• Measure, cut, and shape metal components using various tools.
• Weld metal components together using techniques such as tack welding, brazing or soldering.
• Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment by cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Los Angeles As a Welder you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and specifications You will also be responsible for maintaining welding equipment and ensuring a safe work environment

• Measure cut and shape metal components using various tools such as saws grinders and plasma cutters
• Weld metal components together using techniques such as tack welding brazing or soldering
• Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain welding equipment by cleaning repairing or replacing parts as needed
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication
• Knowledge of different types of welding techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for working with tools and heavy materials
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary

This position offers a salary of $1400 per month
