About the Role

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Welder. This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday - Thursday, from 3:30 pm to 1:00 am.

What You Will Be Doing

• Accurately welding gates and parts to meet dimensional drawings using MIG and flux-cored welding processes.

Skills and Experience Required

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous welding experience or technical school training
• Ability to operate equipment safely
• Proficiency in MIG welding steel parts
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret drawings
• May need to pass welding tests related to AWS D1.1, D1.1M, and D1.3 structural welding codes
