Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial equipment sector, is seeking a Welder to join their dedicated team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality tanker truck equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: $19-22/hr based on experience

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday through Friday, overtime sometimes available and encouraged.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret tape measures, weld prints, and symbols to ensure precise fabrication
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols
• Stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 pounds consistently during work shifts
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
