ALACRIANT, INC. in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a skilled welder with 3–5 years of experience in metal fabrication. The role involves welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, reading shop drawings, and following safety guidelines to produce high-quality welds.

You will perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, operate fabrication equipment, and work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on welding experience in a fabrication environment.
• MIG and TIG welding proficiency; Stick welding a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.
• Strong knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and behavior under heat.
• AWS Certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or vocational training a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
• Stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to heat, sparks, and metal particles
