Geoprobe is seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to join a growing team. Successful candidates are committed to high-quality work, enjoy variety in tasks, and have a passion for welding and fabrication.

Responsibilities

1. Safely fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using MIG welding (TIG welding experience is a bonus), band saw, shear, metal punch, and measuring tools.
2. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
3. Determine the appropriate size and length of welds when documentation does not specify.
4. Read and interpret blueprints to determine operations, required materials, and timeframes for projects.
5. Provide finished quality as required, both with and without fixturing, in a reasonable time.
6. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

• Experience programming/operating robotic welding equipment.
