Aerotek is seeking a Welder for a contract-to-hire role based in Ramsey, MN. The candidate will perform full fabrication, welding, fitting, grinding, bending, and cutting, focusing on handrails, stairs, guardrails, and various metals.

Reading blueprints and shop drawings is essential to ensure accurate fabrication. Qualifications include 1+ year of structural steel welding and 3+ years in layouts and fabrication, with SMAW and GMAW welding skills.

Formación

• 1+ years of structural steel welding experience.
• 3+ years in layouts, fabrication and welding.
• Strong SMAW (Stick) and GMAW (MIG) welding skills.
• Experience with structural steel.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ramsey, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
