A leading company in the electronics sector is seeking a talented Assembly Technician. The role involves assembling electronic components and ensuring production standards are met. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and some manufacturing experience, along with strong soldering and teamwork skills. Assembles electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems, which include soldering together components to assemble fabricated metal items, as specified by work orders, diagrams, or layout.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
EDUCATION: Minimum high school diploma or general education degree GED.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum one-year previous manufacturing assembly or electronic/technical work experience preferred. Soldering experience is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
COMPUTER SKILLS: Some basic computer skills.
MATHMATICAL SKILLS: Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, measurements, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define basic problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
