Hours and Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temp to hire

Daily Tasks and Requirements

• Perform minor repairs and apply basic welding processes to meet production goals


• Manually MIG weld components to ensure strong, defect-free joints


• Install wires and set heat levels for welding machines


• Visually inspect welds for length, penetration, and overall quality


• Identify and prepare components for assigned work


• Complete operator worksheets daily and hourly


• Refer non-conforming issues to the team leader or supervisor


• Conduct regular quality checks and follow daily production schedules


• Handle parts and equipment safely, maintaining a clean and organized (5S) workspace


• Consistently lift 30 to 80 pounds throughout the shift


• Successfully pass the departmental welding test

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; at least two years of experience in a production environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Previous welding experience and/or certification preferred


• Demonstrated skill in setup, changeovers, and all welding job functions


• Strong teamwork and communication skills, both oral and written


• Willingness to learn, adapt, and rotate jobs as needed


• Ability to work overtime, off shifts, and weekends if required
