Job Title

Production Associate 2 Welder

Job Details

Base Pay: $17.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift (6:45 am - 3:15 pm)

Responsibilities

• Operate various hand tools to manually construct window units.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials based on specifications.
• Ensure high-quality welds to meet production standards.
• Operate welding machines to fabricate and assemble window frames using various techniques.
• Ensure accurate measurements and alignment during welding.
• Perform quality inspections and audits; engage in problem-solving activities to resolve issues.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following procedures and regulations (5S, PPE, LOTO).
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiency.
• Work in other areas as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
